The login credentials for the Vivvix solution is your email address as your username and something unique for your password.
If you forgot your password, go to the homepage.
1. From the homepage here, select Log in.
2. Select Forgot your password? on the right side.
3. In the pop-up box, enter your email address (username).
4. Select reset my password.
5. You should receive an automated email from no-reply@vivvix.com prompting you to reset your password to something only you'd know.
6. The automated email will include a code needed to reset your password. Please enter that code in the allotted space.
7. Enter your new password and enter it again for confirmation.
8. Select change password.
