Recurring search needs are a common best use of the Ad Intel solution. Once you have run a search, you will save time and eliminate repetitive steps by saving your search
How to save a search?
Build your search in the Dashboard and Refine search options.
Select the "Save a copy of this search" icon in the top right corner
In the Save Search As… pop-up box, name the search.
[Optional] Check the box to "make it my default search." This selection will save the search options in place and display the data set associated with that search going forward after logging into the dashboard.

How to run a Saved Search?
After a search is saved, follow the below steps for how to run the saved search when needed.
Option 1
Select the drop-down arrow from the top of the Ad Search bar.
In the Select a Saved Search… drop-down menu, select the name of the saved search. For example, I selected “My Saved Search.”
Select the ellipsis to share with another user(s).
The search options bar should then reflect the saved search options from that search. Also, the dashboard should reflect those changes as well.
The user will then receive a "Success" pop-up, sharing that email invite(s) have been sent to view your saved search.
Option 2
Run your saved search
Select the "Shared this saved search" arrow icon.
In the Share with people pop-up box, search by name or email address. Only users that are in the same account can be added.
The user will then receive a "Success" pop-up, sharing that email invite(s) have been sent to view your saved search.
How to change or modify a Saved Search?
After a search is saved, follow the below steps for how to modify the saved search when needed.
Open your saved search.
Click the ellipses menu located to the right of the filter you need to modify and choose "Remove Filter".
Click "Refine Search" and add the filter again.
Select all required items from the filter, including items in the previous search, along with new items.
Please Note: As of now, there is no option for in-place update of any hierarchy linked filters (Parent Advertiser, Advertiser and Product) in the saved search. All other filters can be updated in-place even if they are already part of the saved search.
