The Ad List is located towards the bottom of the Dashboard and at the bottom of any expanded charts in the Carousel of Insights.
The Ad List is all the curated ads based on your search.
View the Ad List in three different ways
Table View: Spreadsheet type view with Meta Data
Thumbnail View: Images of the Creative
Details View: Both Images of the Creative and Meta Data. This view is the most similar to the Search Results view in Legacy Search.
Add Additional Fields to your Ad List
Utilize the "Field Options" chip to further customize the excel report you wish you create.
For example: to complete a category review, add the "category" field to the Visible Fields column:

Export your Ad List into PowerPoint or Excel
The ad list is a way to export your customized dashboard into excel so you can pivot the data even further.
Once you have selected all of the columns you wish to see in your excel report, click the "Export Results" chip:
In the pop-up window, select your export type to download your creatives. Vivvix will generate a customized PPT Report, XLS Report, or a Zip File containing the creative assets.
After selecting your export type, select the send button. Be sure to give the site a minute or two to generate the report.
You will see a message if you have exceeded the export limits we have in place to ensure quality performance from our platform exports. The limits are as follows:
XLS - 500k row limit
PPT - 4k slide limit
Creative & Landing Page Assets - 2k limit
Once downloaded, you can access your download in "My Exports" along with your previous downloads within the last 14 days.
