How to contact your Vivvix Support Team

If you are unsure how to contact them, use the Let's Chat feature

located in the bottom right corner of the Ad Intel solution.
Select the Unified Support button first.

Our Vivvix Support Team is available:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET
Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET

Let's Chat via the option in the bottom right corner of the Vivvix solution. Select the Unified Support button first.


Unified Support Button

On the bottom right of the solution, there are multiple buttons.

Once you select the Support button, use the Let’s Chat button to connect to the Vivvix Support Team for immediate assistance.

If you would like to share an idea or provide feedback select the Feedback button. When selected, the platform opens a prefilled email with important details to help our Support team quickly respond and forward your feedback to our Product team.

Selecting the Tutorial button will reopen the tutorial in the Dashboard.
