View creative activity details and export via excel

You can view the details by week, month, or quarter. Once you make your View Details selection, select the week, month, or quarter.

Choose the column fields you want to include in your report.

  • Category = Data distributed by category

  • Rollup Month = Dates group by month

  • Rollup Week = Dates group by week

  • Rollup Quarter= Dates group by quarter

  • Ads Airing Datetime= Advertisements captured on a specific date

  • First Airing Datetime= Date the first-time advertisement was captured

  • Platform = Different platforms include Netflix, Disney+, Max, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Pluto TV, ViX, and Tubi.

  • Advertiser = Company publishing the advertisement

  • Parent Category = Grouped the Category

  • Category = Data distributed by category

  • Creative URL = link to captured advertisement stored in S3

  • Duration Range = Duration of advertisement; 10s, 10-25s, 25-45s, >45s

  • Product Name = a service or an item of a particular brand

  • Week First Airing = Date the first-time advertisement was captured

To select all, hold the shift button on your keyboard and select the last field with your mouse. If you do not want to include all the fields, hold the ctrl button on your keyboard and select the fields that you want to include.


How do I export all the details in this report into an excel file?

Right click anywhere in the report, select Export then select Export Table.

How do I re-arrange the order of the columns?

Example shows the Platform column moving to the right of the Category column

Select the column header with your mouse. Drag the columns in any order you wish for your export.

How do I sort the columns in the report?

Example shows the Platform column sorting from lowest to highest value.

Select the column header then select a sorting option.
