Users can use My Collections to group, organize, and save ads from different searches in custom “collections” with the ability to export these creatives quickly and easily as a single group. This will save time in running multiple exports. My collection folders can be downloaded in Powerpoint and Excel format.
Here are the steps to create a Collection:
1) Begin the process with a Creative search, and then select your desired creatives from the “Most Recent” carousel or the “All Creatives” grid. ( For Example: You are interested in the Fast Food Category: Fast Food, Breakfast & Packaged Meals for Lunch )
2) Once the selections are made, click the export button on the bottom right of the screen, which will launch three icons.
Select the desired action:
Reset All Selections: Will clear all selected creatives
NEW: Add to Collection: Will launch a modal to create or add to an existing collection
Export: Will allow the ability export all selected creatives as a single group
3) Once you select Add to Collection, Select Collection Pop up will appear, with the option for Existing Collection or New Collection. Title your Collection ( For example: "Breakfast & Lunch" )
Note: New creatives in subsequent searches can be added to existing collections at any point. (For example: Select the Packaged Meals for Lunch ads needed)
4) Once ready, visit My Collections in the left menu navigation.
8) Your saved collection will appear, with the option to Take Action: Download, Open, Rename, or Delete.

Open the Collection: the creatives will default to a thumbnail view. You can also view the ads in a table view or details view as well.
Rename the collection
