Network - Ad occurrences that run nationally during network programming on local broadcast affiliates

National Cable - Ad occurrences that run on a cable station during a national advertising break, usually purchased directly from the cable station

Syndication - Ad occurrences that run nationally during syndicated programming on local broadcast affiliates

Spot - Ad occurrences that run locally (can be during local, syndicated, or network programming) on local broadcast affiliates

Infomercial - Ad occurrences include long form (30 minute) TV infomercials. Long form infomercials may be ordered on DVD or tape; they are not available for downloading. Media schedules for infomercials are available via download or hard copy.

Newspaper - Ad occurrences that run in the run-of-press (ROP) sections of newspapers (hard-copies or digital replicas of hard-copies)

Magazine - Ad occurrences that run in consumer targeted magazines (hard-copies or digital replicas of hard-copies)

Trade - Ad occurrences that run in business targeted magazines (hard-copies or digital replicas of hard-copies)

FSI - Ad occurrences that run as free-standing inserts in newspapers

Radio - Ad occurrences that run on over-the-air signals for terrestrial stations, with the exception of true live reads

Online Display - Ad occurrences for display/banner advertising for Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) standard ad sizes (e.g. medium rectangle, leaderboard, etc.) running on websites in a desktop/laptop environment

Online Video - Ad occurrences for video advertising that is served against video content (e.g. pre-roll, mid-roll, etc.) on websites in a desktop/laptop environment

Mobile Web - Ad occurrences that run on websites in a mobile environment (phone/tablet), including display/banner advertising for IAB standard ad sizes and video advertising that is served against video content.

Mobile App - Ad occurrences that run on apps in a mobile environment (phone/tablet), including display/banner advertising for IAB standard ad sizes and video

Outdoor - Ad occurrences include traditional out-of-home advertising such as billboards, street furniture and transit. We also include alternative outdoor such as building and construction wraps, electronic and LCD display, elevator advertising, restroom LCDs, and more. In-store point-of-sale advertising is also monitored. Outdoor is monitored in 24 cities. Ads are uploaded daily, as they are received.

Cinema - Ad occurrences contain cinema advertising appearing across ~14,000 screens across 46 states. Cinema advertising is uploaded monthly.

Paid Social - This media type is comprised of social media ads that are run on social networks, sponsored by brands and typically targeted toward particular network users. The social networks included are: TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, X, and Facebook.

Organic Social - Ad occurrences are collected via desktop directly from a brand’s own social network accounts. This media type includes social media text, image, and video posts across 9 of the top social media networks, as well as microsites. These ads are generated organically by a brand, no spend is associated with this media type. New organic ads will be available through 9/30/24.

Over The Top (OTT) / Advertising-Based Video on Demand (AVOD) - creative and spend for major ad supported video on demand services: Netflix, Pluto Tv, Tubi, Max, ViX, Hulu, Peacock, Disney+, and Paramount+. Discovery+ monitored until Dec 2024.

Opt-in Email - Ad occurrences for opt-in email cover all major industries and include branded email content sent direct from brands and retailers. For customized monitoring contact your Vivvix rep for information.
